Coombe Abbey Artisan Market

Sunday 9th June 2024

This is described as

'a treasure trove of handcrafted goods made by talented local artisans. Discover a wide array of unique arts and crafts, each one meticulously created with passion and skill. From beautifully crafted jewellery to intricately designed pottery'

Find us on one of the market stalls. Your can then wander round the park.

Wigrams Turn Marina Open Day

Saturday 22nd June 2024

We are taking The Glass Barge to this event! It is exciting to be doing an event on the boat for a change.
A day not to be missed!
-Live music
-Food & drink
-Traders and craft stalls including The Glass Barge, Kay's Canal Crafts, Kinver Canopies Ltd and A J Fenders, to name but a few
-Marina tours, view boats for sale, mooring options

The Countryman Summer Fete

Saturday 6th July 2024

Country pub garden fete, with stalls, live music, activities for children and BBQ throughout the afternoon and evening. All at a lovely Pub with delicious food.

Linslade Canal Festival

Saturday 27 July 2024

This year we will have a gazebo by the lakeside again, as we did last year.

As well as trading boats on the canal there is lots going on in Tiddenfoot Water Park. Music, stalls and other entertainment.

Warwick Folk Festival

Sunday 28 July 2024

This is a ticketed Folk festival held in Warwick at the Castle Park. Over the weekend participants take part in various Folk Song, Music and Dance events. We are excited to be able to take part for the first time this year, even though only for one day.

 

The Dassett Country Show

Saturday 3rd August 2024

A land based event in a beautiful part of Warwickshire.  A community event with crafts, stalls and entertainment

Location: Avon Dassett, CV47 2AX

Times: 12 noon till 5pm

 

Fenny Stratford Canal Festival 

Sunday 4th August 2024 11am to 5pm (the festival is also on Saturday 3rd, but we can only be there on Sunday!)

We will be at the festival, but in a land based gazebo. There will also be Trading boats along the canal, short boat trips, model boat demonstrations.

All money raised from the festival is for the IWA local branch which then gives to other local waterway causes.

Oxford Canal Festival 

Saturday 21st September 2024 11am to 6pm 

We will be at the festival, but in a land based gazebo. There will also be Trading boats along the canal and lots of music and activities in the Recreation ground.

It should be a good day out for all the family.

Leamington Autumn Market 

Sunday 20th October 2024 10am to 5pm

Street market in the centre of Leamington, with lots of local crafts and producers

Leamington Christmas Market and Lights switch on 

Sunday 17th November 2024 10am to 7pm

Christmas Street market in the centre of Leamington, with lots of local crafts and producers. Be there for the big light switch on.

If you haven't started your Christmas shopping yet, then now is the time.

Guide Dogs for the Blind Christmas fair 

Saturday 1st December 2024 10am to 4pm (times to be confirmed)

Craft and local produce Stalls.

Holy Trinity Christmas fair 

Saturday 7th November 2024 10am to 4pm (times to be confirmed)

Stalls, mulled wine and mince pies.

2 DAY FUSED GLASS JEWELLERY COURSES - £160

 

You will leave with jewellery ready to wear at the end of the course

We are going to be moving the boat to Long Itchington this year and hope to be able to offer dates and book courses later this year. 

 

If you are interested in learning about fused glass do get in touch - (we may be able to agree a time and venue to suit if you are coming as a group)
Price includes all tuition and materials. Tea and Coffee will be plentiful, but accommodation and meals are not included.

We are now taking bookings for Jewellery parties or talks in the Leamington Spar areas for 2024 and onwards.

How about gathering your friends in November to start your Christmas shopping, or in January to cheer them up in the cold weather.
